such a cute little one - is he a mix breed - do you know what type?
one technical recommendation to help improve this pic... if you add a bit of contrast using the curves tool in photoshop or something similar, it may bring out those blue eyes and make the image pop a bit more.

Those eyes could get their every wish with me, or anyone else for that matter. Wow. I agree with Jason. A little more contrast would help this shot. The colour is a little faded or washed out. Otherwise great shot.
